This rum, produced from the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still, was laid down in oak barrels for 12 years. Laid down for 12 years in oak barrels, this rum was produced from the original Edward Henry Potter (EHP) Wooden Coffey Still, first constructed at the Enmore Estate in 1880.
Butterscotch nose blended with roasted coconut and apple. An initial taste of baked peach and coconut with a smoky cedar finish. Excellent mouthfeel.
